Ship Agency Service
Since our establishment in 1971, we have provided agency service for client’s vessel and cargo operation in Hong Kong. Acting as ship’s husbandry agent, we are responsible for handling the entry and export formalities of vessels calling at Hong Kong, coordinating all aspects of port operations including immigration and custom formalities, crew changes (joining and repatriation) and etc.

Services and Roles
- Secure a berth / Anchorage of vessel in and out of the Hong Kong waters.
- Arrangement of the pilot and tugboats service if necessary.
- Drawing up of all relevant vessel clearance documentations for customs and harbor services.
- Advising Customs of the ship’s arrival and reporting the cargo onboard.
- Preparing, initiating, and delivering the required documents (Booking lists, shipping permits, delivery orders) related to the cargo.
- Organizing the necessary contacts with the stevedores.
- Conveying instructions to and from the ship owner.
- Crew changes and repatriation, immigration documentation and onward travel arrangement.
- Handling ship service including fuel, repairs and maintenance.
- Sourcing of supplies and spare parts.
