Summer Intern – Human Resources (C&B)

Job Responsibilities:
  • Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions including payroll preparations, final payment calculation, pensions administration, etc;
  • Support the eMPF implementation;
  • Work with the project team to ensure data accuracy in the new Human Resources Information System (HRIS);
  • Assist in Leave Management & Attendance;
  • Provide administrative support for ongoing C&B projects and initiatives;
  • Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Preferably undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, and self-motivated with great initiative;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables);
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
