Job Responsibilities:
- Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions including payroll preparations, final payment calculation, pensions administration, etc;
- Support the eMPF implementation;
- Work with the project team to ensure data accuracy in the new Human Resources Information System (HRIS);
- Assist in Leave Management & Attendance;
- Provide administrative support for ongoing C&B projects and initiatives;
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, and self-motivated with great initiative;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (e.g. VLOOKUP, pivot tables);
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
