Summer Intern – Human Resources (T&D)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support Human Resources functions including Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection, and Global Mobility;
  • Assist and play a vital role in the implementation of the Summer Internship Program;
  • Assist in coordinating and promoting Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility activities;
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department;
  • Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Preferably undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
  • Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, and self-motivated with great initiative;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint);
  • Good at drawing & designing with image editing and illustration software;
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
