Job Responsibilities:
- Support Human Resources functions including Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection, and Global Mobility;
- Assist and play a vital role in the implementation of the Summer Internship Program;
- Assist in coordinating and promoting Employee Engagement and Corporate Social Responsibility activities;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR department;
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, and self-motivated with great initiative;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, PowerPoint);
- Good at drawing & designing with image editing and illustration software;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
