Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing technical documents, including a detailed User Guide, FAQ, Data-flow, and process-flow documents for at least two modules used in the chat-bot engine;
- Assist in training the AI chat-bot engine using the prepared documents to improve the developed chat-bot engine;
- Collaborate closely with team members to drive project progress and share technical findings;
- Handle any other ad hoc projects as assigned.
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Computing, Logistics, International Transportation Management, or related disciplines;
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
- Strong team player with good interpersonal skills;
- Well organized, detail-minded and self-motivated with great initiative;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- With knowledge of technical writing;
- With knowledge in AI usage, AI/Chat-boat hands-on experience will be an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
