Job Responsibilities:
- Gain hands on exposure to the full spectrum of Human Resources functions, including Compensation & Benefits, Leave Management & Attendance, Recruitment, and Employee Engagement.
- Support and play key role in the implementation of the Summer Internship Program, including coordination and administrative tasks.
- Assist in organising employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Support Compensation & Benefits (C&B) functions such as payroll preparation, pension and insurance administration etc.
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR team in daily operations.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and assignments, offering opportunities to learn across different HR areas.
Requirements:
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
- Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Proactive, well organized, detail-minded, and self-motivated with great initiative;
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
