Human Resources Management
Our Human Resources team provides a full spectrum of HR shared services to all MOL Group companies in Hong Kong while supporting the Global HR team in Tokyo and the East Asia Regional HR office in Shanghai on various strategic HR initiatives and projects.
With a shared commitment to fostering employee growth and reinforcing the One MOL spirit, we play an important role in shaping a business culture aligned with CHARTS while driving employee engagement and productivity. Our core focus is cultivating a talented, capable, and confident workforce, ensuring the company remains strong, competitive, and successful in the industry.
As a strategic HR partner to business units, we offer tailored HR solutions in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. Additionally, we provide specialized HR services in Compensation & Benefits, Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS), Talent Management, Global Mobility, and CSR & Employee Engagement (EE) Initiatives. Through collaboration and innovation, we create a workplace where employee growth and business objectives are realized.
Finance & Accounting
As in all successful business organizations, our Finance & Accounting Team will arrange settlement of disbursements, collect revenue income, manage cash as part of treasury functions, perform bookkeeping and prepare monthly financial reports. We also prepare financial analyses in supporting management decisions. As one of the consolidated group companies, we submit regular financial data to our parent company, i.e. MOL, for consolidated reporting purposes. To comply with local requirements, we also make local filings, submit statistics questionnaires.
Under One MOL, we are providing shared services to MOL Group Companies. Apart from accounting support provided to group companies locally, we are also reporting to our East Asia Regional Office in Shanghai for statutory reports and financial analysis.
Administration
The Administration Team is responsible for the general office administration, including but not limited to negotiation of office lease, provision of utilities, office supplies and cleaning, courier arrangement, procurement and maintenance of office furniture/equipment. Also, we are providing support in coordination of booking airfare, reservation of hotel accommodation, searching and negotiating staff quarters and housing and managing company vehicles. Currently, we are widely involved in shared services rendered to MOL group companies in our KC100 office.
