On March 8, we celebrated #IWD2023 and equity at the MOL office in Hong Kong with various activities. This year’s theme, #EmbraceEquity, encourages everyone, within their own spheres of influence, to support equity.
The activity started with lovely tulip rose cookies for all female employees from Hong Kong Chief Regional Representative and MOL Hong Kong Ltd. Managing Director Mr. Ryokichi Asai.
In addition, the Women in MOL (WIM) Committee also organized a very meaningful fundraising event. The group has collected a significant amount for the Hong Kong Federation of Women’s Centre, which provides various grassroots services to women and promotes gender equality in Hong Kong.
Committee members also pledged to continue promoting and supporting equity. We believe the events on IWD helped spread love and care. Let us all #EmbraceEquity today and in the future. We all can contribute more to support equity in our workplaces and communities.
