Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
- Support sales team on orders follow up;
- Co-ordinate with Operations Teams for shipment follow up;
- Shipment delivery follow up with customers, external and internal parties;
- Handle problem cases as assigned.
- Preparing reports and presentations.
Job Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) is an advantage.
- Good command of written Chinese and English.
- 1-2 years’ experience in customer service within trading or logistics industries; fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Experience in Japanese companies, logistics procurement, or operations is preferred.
- Detail‑minded, cooperative, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
- Proficient in MS office applications, including excel, words.
