Customer Service (MLG HK)

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
  • Support sales team on orders follow up;
  • Co-ordinate with Operations Teams for shipment follow up;
  • Shipment delivery follow up with customers, external and internal parties;
  • Handle problem cases as assigned.
  • Preparing reports and presentations.

Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above.
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Japanese (JLPT N3 or above) is an advantage.
  • Good command of written Chinese and English.
  • 1-2 years’ experience in customer service within trading or logistics industries; fresh graduates are also welcome.
  • Experience in Japanese companies, logistics procurement, or operations is preferred.
  • Detail‑minded, cooperative, and a strong team player with good communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS office applications, including excel, words.
