Responsibilities:
In support of the Hong Kong Government’s policy to reduce carbon intensity and increase the proportion of natural gas used for power generation, an offshore LNG import terminal in Hong Kong has been constructed and operated in 2023. MOL FSRU Terminal (Hong Kong) Limited provides operations and maintenance (O&M) services for the Offshore jetty platform. This position will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Team on the following duties.
- Support the procurement of services or goods, e.g. obtain quotations from vendors and prepare documents for obtaining internal approval;
- Assist in the preparation of different reports, and support service monitoring and control;
- Review and maintain the filing system;
- Build and maintain good business relationships with vendors and suppliers to help maintain smooth procurement processes;
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure efficient business operations;
- Provide daily administrative support to the organization;
- Provide administration support to the company such as meeting management, as well as prepare and arrange regular medical check-up for staff;
- Maintain document control processes for efficient management and records keeping;
- Arrange flight tickets, accommodation, and transportation for members’ travel;
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
- 2 years of relevant working experience is preferable;
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness;
- Good communication and problem-solving skills;
- Well organized, independent, responsible, and willing to learn;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- Proficient PC skills and MS Offices such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
- Immediately available is an advantage.
