Job Description:
- Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
- Support sales team to follow up on orders;
- Communicate with customer, external parties and colleagues regards to the shipment schedule delivery;
- Preparing reports and presentations;
- Prepare quotation, contracts, business plans & proposals and solutions for key account clients;
- Develop freehand business opportunities with new and existing customer;
- Build own client base, perform sales functions, and assist in sales issues;
- Handled related documents, such as SO/PO/Invoice.
Job Requirement:
- Degree holder or above
- Good command of Japanese language (JLPT N1 level)
- Business level English (IELTS ≥ 5.5 or equivalent)
- Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
- At least 3 years work experience in Trading / Logistic / Supply Chain industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Proficient in MS office applications, including Excel and Words
- Experience in handling Japanese client would be an advantage
- Possessed IATA related skills or certificate would be an advantage
