Sales Executive (MLG HK)

Job Description:

  • Handle customer enquiries timely and fulfill client requirements to ensure our service quality;
  • Support sales team to follow up on orders;
  • Communicate with customer, external parties and colleagues regards to the shipment schedule delivery;
  • Preparing reports and presentations;
  • Prepare quotation, contracts, business plans & proposals and solutions for key account clients;
  • Develop freehand business opportunities with new and existing customer;
  • Build own client base, perform sales functions, and assist in sales issues;
  • Handled related documents, such as SO/PO/Invoice.

Job Requirement:

  • Degree holder or above
  • Good command of Japanese language (JLPT N1 level)
  • Business level English (IELTS ≥ 5.5 or equivalent)
  • Fluent in both written and spoken Cantonese and Mandarin
  • At least 3 years work experience in Trading / Logistic / Supply Chain industry
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good team player
  • Proficient in MS office applications, including Excel and Words
  • Experience in handling Japanese client would be an advantage
  • Possessed IATA related skills or certificate would be an advantage
