Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing user-friendly documentation such as User Guides, FAQs, data-flow, and process-flow documents for chatbot engine modules;
- Support the training and improvement of the AI chatbot engine using prepared documents and structured content;
- Work closely with team members to understand system design, share ideas, and support project delivery;
- Participate in ad hoc tasks and mini-projects, gaining exposure to real-world enterprise systems.
Requirements:
- Preferably undergraduate degree in Computing, Logistics, Business or related disciplines;
- Eager to learn, with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility;
- A good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Well-organized, detail-minded, and self-motivated;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
