Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Project Manager to oversee and manage our upcoming projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within the specified time frame and budget. This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of 12 months.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, schedule, and resources;
- Coordinate project activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives;
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to achieve project deliverables;
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and report financial status;
- Lead project meetings, provide updates, and communicate project status to relevant parties;
- Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies;
- Evaluate project performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Prepare and present project reports to senior management;
- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ability to integrate HRIS requirements into project planning and execution;
- Experience with office consolidation/relocation projects, particularly in Modern Workplace IT infrastructure, including managing an in-house server room.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or related field;
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a temporary or contract role;
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques;
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills;
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project);
- PMP certification is a plus;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Potential Extension: The duration of this temporary position may be extended based on project needs and performance. The extension duration is estimated to be an additional 2 to 3 months.
