After years of cautious planning and extensive feasibility studies, our Task Force Team members, led by Mr Stanley Lau (Project Leader)(Director of MOL Hong Kong Limited) with the unwavering support from Management, finally move MOL Hong Kong to a new office in March 2025.
This is a milestone for the company and an exhilarating moment for all colleagues not just because the more spacious new office is accommodating more MOL Hong Kong group of companies in a single physical location, but it is also signifying the commencement of the hybrid office with hot desking. Hot desking is a cornerstone of the entire hybrid work model, and it offers great flexibility for working either on-site or remotely. It is not just a seating policy. The overall effectiveness & efficiency could be multiplied by stimulating staff interaction with different people instead of speaking to the same “cubicle neighbors” every day.
We are dedicated to fostering such collaborative and communicative atmosphere for an escalated success, with more group of companies and colleagues coming together under such innovative working style. Nevertheless, the focus on extending our care for the staff wellness (by providing wellness room and designating collaboration areas with sofas) and building up a more genuinely concentric “one” MOL family will never be neglected as well.
Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much.
