MOL is committed to creating a safe and non-discriminatory workplace for our employees. Although we have different policies to follow, it is necessary to have a training program to strengthen our employee’s fundamental understanding of the latest Anti-Discrimination Ordinances.
Anti-Discrimination Laws briefing sessions were jointly held by MOL Hong Kong Limited and MOL LNG Transport (Asia) Limited on July 8, 2021. The Equal Opportunities Commission representative offered us a deeper insight into the ordinances, and shared what we should do in the workplace.
Through this training, we hope we can familiarize ourselves with relevant laws and regulations to prevent and promote a non-discretionary workplace together. It also boosts the morale of the company through learning together as One MOL, and establish cross-company communications.
